Stayed here for 3 months in the summer. The space was clean and in good condition when I arrived, and many amenities (toiletries, dishes, etc) were provided. Staff were kind and responsive.

I’ve lived in at least 10 different buildings in Boston since starting college in Boston, and not one has been run as professionally as the apartment I’ve lived in for the last 8 years, managed by Blackstone Williams.
Most importantly:
-Apartments are extremely clean, I never saw a mouse or any sort of bug in 8 years. This is extremely rare for any Boston apartment.
-Any type of issue is resolved immediately. I had carpet replaced with tile, refrigerator replaced, and any other sort of minor details taken care of within a day. The staff is extremely friendly and the best I’ve worked with by far.
-The buildings are maintained well. A cleaner came every week to vacuum common areas. The rent was fair with very few price increases over time. Additional services were provided, often at below cost, such as mounting a television in my room. Enormously convenient that the company can assist with these types of tasks.
I highly recommend the Blackstone Williams team, and would rent from again in a heartbeat.

Blackstone Williams is a delight to work with! As a tenant, I feel like they value my feedback and will go the extra mile to work with me. I’ve lived her for over a year and have had nothing but positive experiences with each staff member. They are professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend this leasing agency to any friends and family.

As someone renting an apartment for the first time in Boston, I could not have asked for a better company than Blackstone Williams. I rented a studio apartment with a loft and I was amazed by how clean the apartment and the building was, and how well everything functioned; cool in the summer, warm in the winter and at a great location.
The property management and maintenance people were always very friendly and quick to respond to any minor issues or questions, and they would always communicate important information to the tenants. They really care about their customers and I was lucky to find them.
