Tony Giorgio – President/Founder
Tony’s career began in the mid 90′s when he bought his first multi-family home. While working for a construction supply company, he learned about renovations and building. As Tony continued to work on various projects with different contractors, Tony acquired the foresight and knowledge to build strong teams who accomplish projects quickly, on budget and correctly. He has an eye for detail and appreciates the charm and ambiance of the neighborhoods in which he manages his properties.
A “hands-on” manager, Tony manages a project the same way he would have work done in his own house. He listens, he hears and he acts. Many times both tenants and owners of the properties he manages have expressed their confidence and trust in Tony’s abilities. A key to his success is that he understands communication is the solution to resolving problems.
Tony and his wife Susan have 3 children, twin girls and a son. When they can drag Tony away from his work, they enjoy being outdoors, especially waters sports.
